On The Edge Of Time

On the Edge of Time is about sacred solitude—not loneliness. The kind where you’re standing still in a world that won’t stop spinning.

The message is clear: in a world that promises joy through sameness, real emotion becomes subversive. Real thinking becomes dangerous.

On The Edge began as a visual exploration of stillness in a mind that won’t stop moving. The skeleton represents presence. Not death. Just being. Raw, honest, and impossible to ignore. I placed it leaning against a boxy skyline to anchor it in the now. But around it, there’s the echo of escape: a desert untouched by noise, a rooted tree full of memory, and a clean, geometric plane that divides space like a timeline. The color palette leans bold—mustard yellow, denim blue, deep rust—mirroring the surreal clarity that sometimes comes when the world fades and you’re left with nothing but thought.

This one wasn’t for anyone but me, but I hope someone else sees themselves in it, too.
